myTracks is a versatile GPS logging app that transforms your iPhone or Apple Watch into a powerful tracking device. With the ability to display GPS recordings on different maps, even offline, myTracks offers a seamless and reliable experience. During your recordings, you can easily add and label waypoints to mark significant locations. Additionally, myTracks allows you to capture photos that are directly linked to your GPS track, enhancing your experience even further.

One significant advantage of using myTracks is that all GPS tracks are stored exclusively on your device, eliminating the need for registration or logging in anywhere else. However, if desired, you can effortlessly sync all your GPS tracks across your iOS and macOS devices via iCloud.

myTracks provides flexibility when starting and stopping GPS recordings by offering both individual recording control and an energy-saving diary mode. The diary mode automatically creates a single track with the most important positions for each day. Managing your GPS tracks is a breeze with the user-friendly track library. From there, you can export tracks and associated photos via email or share them on social networks.

For Apple Watch users, the integrated myTracks app offers real-time information about your current GPS recording. This includes essential data such as start time, distance covered, altitude (current, minimum, and maximum), and the current map section. The Apple Watch app allows you to control the GPS recording on your iPhone as well as add waypoints directly from your wrist. Furthermore, starting from myTracks 5, you have the ability to record directly from your Apple Watch.
